Lainey Wilson Filming Yellowstone Season 5

Lainey Wilson can now add actress to her impressive country music resume. The popular singer is currently filming episodes for the wildly popular TV series Yellowstone.

Wilson announced her involvement with the project on social media, sharing a photo of herself in character. While details about her role are being kept under wraps, Wilson seems to be enjoying her time on set. Although it has been revealed that Lainey will be playing a musician and her singing will be incorporated in the series.

Lainey Wilson Scores Hot New Gig

This isn’t the first time that Wilson has dipped her toe in the acting world. She previously had a small role in the 2016.

The country music singer is well known in the music world for her hit songs like “Things a Man Oughta Know” and her chart-topping album Sayin’ What I’m Thinkin’. Lainey’s talent and down-to-earth personality has earned her a large and loyal fan base.

When Will Yellowstone Return

The fifth season of Yellowstone is set to premiere in November. The series, which stars Kevin Costner, follows the Dutton family, who own the largest contiguous ranch in the United States.

The impressive Yellowstone cast includes names like Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, and Jefferson White.

Wilson dished on her new gig earlier this month while chatting with Entertainment Tonight. The singer revealed she had already started filming scenes for Yellowstone Season 5 and joked, “It’s going great, and I’m surprising myself.”
