Miranda Lambert Made The Official Announcement of Their Marriage
The country star announced in February 2019 that she married her better half in a surprise ceremony, and everyone was speechless including her ex-husband, Blake Shelton. As time went on, the newlywed quickly settled into marriage and they have been enjoying the adventures therein since they took the step forever.
Good to know that Miranda Lambert and her husband Brendan McLoughlin have made a very shocking romance work for over two years.
The Power Couple’s Relationship Journey
As reports had it sometime ago, Lambert and McLoughlin first met on the set of GMA in November 2018, but neither of them approached the other. In October 2019, the country superstar told the New York Times that she was running media for the release of the Pistol Annies’ Interstate Gospel album, released on Nov. 2, 2018.
Surprisingly, that was the day her bandmates, Angaleena Presley and Ashley Monroe saw her would-be-husband – he was officiating as security for the TV show.
Lambert said “My girlfriends, the Annies, saw him and knew I might be ready to hang out with someone. They invited him to our show behind my back. They plucked him for me. My security guy Tom, was in on it too. He said to me, ‘He’s here. And he’s pretty”.
They Got Married in 2019
Miranda Lambert said that she had instant chemistry with McLoughlin, and they tied the knot on Jan. 26, 2019. However, they hid the big news from the general public until just after Valentine’s Day, when she shared a photo on Instagram.
She was quite hilarious when she made this comment on her social media page in 2019 “Now the Pistol Annies have three husbands, two ex-husbands, three children, a stepson, and 23 animals. We’ve done a lot in nine years!”

Brendan McLoughlin wasn’t much in the spotlight before and after getting married to country super singer, Lambert. But recently, he has become his celebrity, first appearing in the music video for Lambert’s “Settling Down” and then creating his Instagram account for the first time since their wedding, and since he left his job as a New York City Police Officer.
