It looks like country music superstar, Shania Twain is working on new music. Shania posted a video teaser showing her in the studio on her TikTok page which she created recently. It has been a while that the country singer has given us a feel of her rich voice through her music.

The video snippet which she posted online last week Tuesday, the 9th of March, shows her in the studio listening and nodding her head to the music while sipping on a glass of wine. A relaxed setting to make some new country music for her numerous fans. She captioned the post as new music mode, which implies that she is working on releasing new tracks for our listening pleasure sometime soon.
Shania trended on the social media platform, TikTok, when she uploaded a video of her dancing to one of her hits released in 1999, “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” at a beach. She’s still got the dancing steps for sure! She then posted a text that paid tribute to the female singers in the genre of country music that has inspired her over the years. She mentioned names like Dolly Parton, The Chicks, Taylor Swift, and Mickey Guyton, to mention a few.
Surely a good move in announcing new tracks.
A Collection Of Songs Written During The Pandemic Lockdown
In January this year, Shania gave a subtle hint that she was working on releasing new tracks via her Twitter page. The same new music mode message she recently shared on her TikTok page was what she shared then on Twitter. At the time she made the Twitter post, she was asked by a top newspaper from Canada, Tom Harrington, if she was just listening to music, playing her old hits, writing, or composing songs. To which she replied by saying she was doing all of the things he mentioned in his question.
The “Still The One” crooner disclosed that she had loads of songs written when there were movement restrictions during the peak of the coronavirus pandemic. She said this when she made a virtual appearance on the ABC Television show, Live With Kelly And Ryan, in October last year. During the live virtual interview, she said she had written a lot of songs that were capable of being the contents of three albums.
That is quite a lot, Shania. Well, the coronavirus pandemic kept a lot of us indoors, with lots of time on our hands. Shania made good use of the time yeah?

Apart from working on potentially releasing new songs, Shania has collaborated with other artists. She recently featured on the hit song by Kelsea Ballerini, “Hole In The Bottle”.
Shania is one of the most successful female country singers in the United States, with hits like “You’ve Got A Way”, “From This Moment”, and ” Still The One” among others.
