Sam Hunt’s wife, Hannah Lee Fowler grew up in Montevallo, Alabama. Interestingly, she inspired most of his hit songs, even more, the title of Hunt’s 2014 debut album. Sam met his wife before he moved to Nashville and wrote an album inspired by their relationship and the experiences they shared.
Sadly, they temporarily broke up, and it took Hunt a lot of pleading to convince Hannah to come back to being in a relationship with him. Sam Hunt revealed some time ago that he should have made Fowler a co-writer on that album because she inspired and contributed to the final product.
Sam Hunt’s Journey to Win Back Hannah Fowler
For more than 90 days, the country superstar flew back and forth to Hawaii seven times to convince and plead with Hannah to call off the breakup. The seventh time was just like magic, and they were married in Hunt’s hometown of Cedartown, Georgia in 2017.
While it is complex to track every minute detail of Hunt and Fowler’s marriage, it is worthy to note that Hannah Fowler doesn’t have any social media handle. Surprisingly, her sisters take their time to post pictures on their platforms. Hannah comes from a large family and she is blessed with many siblings. Sweetly, they are all incredibly close. Her father, Scott Fowler, is a pastor at the Spring Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he lives in Hannah’s hometown with her mother, Linda Fowler.
Most important to note also, Hannah Fowler is a nurse from Montevallo, Alabama and she is the oldest amongst seven children — Joshua, Rebekah, Hannah loves her humanitarian services and she has traveled the world to help others.
Sam Hunt Adores His Wife
Sometime in 2017, the country music crooner shared on his social media page that while he was in Nashville trying to get things going with music, Hannah was providing medical care to Hondurans during the 2009 coup. She was working in Syrian refugee camps and delivering Kurd babies in northern Iraq during the 2014 elections. She spent time in Israel where she helped with a feeding program and worked with Holocaust survivors.
Hunt said his wife’s heart for humanity is one of the things he admires most about her but she’s put her ambitions on hold to be with him.
