Taylor Lights Up Twitter With Her ‘Red’ Album Release Date!

One reason that country music fans love Taylor Swift so much?

This songstress believes in communicating directly with her followers! As a result, when Taylor got ready to drop her “Red” album, she didn’t hesitate to turn to Twitter.

“The next album that I’ll be releasing is my version of Red, which will be out on November 19,” wrote Swift to her Twitter followers.

In addition to revealing the release date, Taylor revealed that her fans can expect a surprise!

“This will be the first time you hear all 30 songs that were meant to go on Red. And hey, one of them is even ten minutes long,” promised Swift.

While Swift previously revealed her intention of remaking and re-releasing some of her earlier albums, “Red” marks a milestone in her career. Taylor clearly sets out her intent to indulge in longer songs in her comment about one song achieving a 10-minute length.

And Swift did not leave fans wondering why she chose to re-record her “Red” album. In a note accompanying her Twitter post, the country music singer reflected on the music and lyrics.

“Musically and lyrically, Red resembled a heartbroken person,” Taylor admitted. “It was all over the place, a fractured mosaic of feelings that somehow all fit together in the end.”

As a result, Swift views the emotions she wrote into her album as “happy, free, confused, lonely, devastated, euphoric, wild, and tortured by memories past.”

Country Music Mission Impossible? Not For Taylor Swift!

When Taylor Swift first revealed her goal of re-recording her initial country music albums, some scoffed. Would that desire turn into a mission impossible?

Not for this songstress! “Fearless (Taylor’s Version),” for example, has turned into a country music success story. And Swift also proved that she dares to be different with her subsequent albums.

Rather than go in sequence, Taylor has re-recorded albums in an unpredictable order. Despite that, Twitter has trended with rumors that her “1989” album will become her next remake.

And some of Swift’s fans really took those rumors to the next level. One Twitter follower even created an algorithm to analyze her 1989 album.

“I wrote a simple ML Algorithm to estimate the projected streams of 1989 if she never withdrew her catalogue from Spotify. I analyzed the data of many other hits and albums released closed to 1989, to estimate these streams,” tweeted Taylor’s follower.

Others kept the claims much more simple. Memes abounded on Twitter, with some cleverly combining Swift’s “Red” album announcement with the “1989” rumors.

Our prediction? Taylor has made her intentions clear: This songwriter does NOT want to seem predictable! We’ll get that coveted “1989” album when she’s ready… and ONLY when she’s ready!
